INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to Canada:
The charge you receive from SecretAlarm.com covers the cost of the merchandise and shipping only. Certain charges, such as Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to your order and are in addition to the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. All additional charges are taken care of by the customer. We at Secret Alarm have no control over these additional charges, nor can we predict what amount they may add up to.
International Shipping:
International shipping may require a few additional days to reach you due to Customs. Customs policies differ from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. Furthermore, the charge you receive from SecretAlarm.com covers the cost of the merchandise and shipping only. Certain charges, such as Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to your order and are in addition to the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. All additional charges are taken care of by the customer. We at Secret Alarm have no control over these additional charges, nor can we predict what amount they may add up to. Please note that product manuals may not be in the language of the destination country. Additionally, the electrical requirements of products may be in a standard different from that of the destination country, in which case a converter is required. This converter is not supplied by Secret Alarm. Some items are not available to ship outside the US. Contact SecretAlarm.com for more information regarding international shipping.

Customers may conveniently pay online and then pick up items during regularly scheduled normal business hours. You will not be charged shipping or handling fees!

How to Choose a Shipping Method
Shipping methods are chosen during the online checkout process. The selections are located on the right hand side of the "Special Options" section. Note: If you do not choose an option, USPS Priority Mail will be used as the default carrier. Also, shipping options do not appear when you purchase an e-book because the item is instantly downloaded to your hard drive. SecretAlarm.com has the right to change shipping methods when appropriate.
Regular Shipping Schedule:
Received Monday - Friday: Shipped 24-48 hours after order is received
Received National Holiday, Saturday or Sunday: Shipped 24-48 hours after next business day
Rush Order Shipping Schedule:
Received before 12:00 PM Monday - Friday: Shipped same day
Received after 12:00 PM Monday - Friday: Shipped next business day
Received National Holiday, Saturday or Sunday: Shipped next business day
Note: A $10.00 charge will be added to 'Rush' orders.
Back Ordered Items
Some items may be on back order. SecretAlarm.com may choose to ship items ordered when all items are in stock.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept unused products in their original packaging only. Patron is responsible for shipping and handling of non-defective items.
Defective Items
If a product is deemed defective upon first use, it may be exchanged for the same product and model. You may call Secret Alarm or send a message to returns@secretalarm.com regarding exchanges.
Refunds
You may request a refund in one of the following forms: credit or reimbursement. Refunds will be made once the item has been received and examined by Secret Alarm staff.
